With Young's Essential Oils
Essential oils are just that, essential!
We all need nutritional boosts every now and then.
I personally don't like to take pharmaceutical medications and stay as close to natural solutions as possible.
If you are looking for a way to stay healthier, especially through the flu season,
you will want to stock up on some essential oil, basics as well as a master oil like Frankinscense.
You can use use the oils directly on your skin. For instance, if you have a cough you can put the
oils on your chest over your lungs and they will penetrate directly to you lungs within
a minute. The same holds true for whatever organ you put it over!
Because the oils are anti-bacterial and anti-viral; as well as super concentrated, they are very effective.
Essential oils work!!!
You can also use the oils internally. Yes, you can eat them too.
You can put a few drops of oil in your water. I like to use, lemon, lime, orange, tangerine, and grapefruit to create a low cal beverage. It also tastes good if you put the oils in perrier!
You can also cook with them. Put a drop or two of basil or cinnamon oil in your dish. (obviously there
are many other choices and I am just stimulating your mind with a few examples.)
You can also use them for aroma therapy by opening the bottle and sniffing or by using a diffuser....I love the patchouli.
Young's oils are the best on the market and an essential part of my personal Wholistic
They are the highest grade I have found in my years and years of
research. The natural integrity and highest level of beneficial nutrients are maintained
in the oils, due to their special cold processing.
